Operetta is a young and contemporary Italian restaurant, located in the premier shopping mall Pacific Place, Admiralty, serving authentic Italian cuisine.
Chef Luca and his team aim to showcase the genuine Italian hospitality, identity and culture, through a respectful culinary approach. The kitchen pays tribute to traditional home and regional cooking, executed with flair and quality while remaining approachable. On the menu, guests will enjoy delightful favorites such as antipasti, pizza and calzone, pasta and desserts, using premium and seasonal ingredients to ensure authenticity of flavours in each dish. The bar echoes the food offering, with a selection of great wines and unmistakable classics such as spritzer, bellini or negroni, using crushed fresh fruits and premium spirits.
Operetta has a capacity of 130 seats, featuring a main dining room dressed in blonde timber, stone tile mosaics and intimate lighting, with touches of vibrant fabrics and complemented by two private dining rooms. The setting makes Operetta as perfectly suited for business power lunches and family gatherings as it is for intimate evening dining and special celebrations.

Raised on a farm in Italy’s Abruzzo region, one Michelin–starred chef Berardinis grew up understanding the importance of fresh seasonal produce, helping his mother and grandmother to prepare traditional family fare.
He began his formal training at the tender age of 12 and then working his way up through some of Italy’s leading Michelin-starred restaurants, including Ristorante Perbellini, Ristorante La Bastiglia and Ristorante San Domenico. In 2017, Chef Luca joined Operetta to bring innovative family-style Italian cuisine laced with timeless tradition.

With 15 years in the field of hospitality and wine industry, Michele’s affection for the lands and its fruits brought him to Hong Kong in 2012 to share his knowledge in oenology and Italian gastronomy.

Giulia’s passion for bartending started in 2000 when she attended the Institute Pellegrino Artusi in Recoaro Terme to improve her professional skills. Her enthusiasm towards the Art of cocktails field has never faded away and her curiosity keeps her approach fresh and modern. Besides creating tasty libations, her true drive is to provide a memorable hospitality experience and share a little bit of her Italy with her guests. "The most precious gift that you can offer your customers is your attention, and I want my guests to be the main characters and me the spectator watching them! Cheers!!"
